Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken breast fillet and let it cool.
  2. Then cut the fillets, apples and onions into large pieces. First grind the chicken fillets in a food processor and place them in a bowl. Then chop the apples and onions in the machine as well. Do not puree, more so small cubes. Also add to the meat.
  3. Place the lettuce leaves on top of each other and roll them up, then cut very small slices from the roll so that you get long threads of lettuce. Put these in the bowl as well.
  4. The whole thing is mixed with mayonnaise and cream, and seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  5. Chicken salad tastes best with a baguette or in a baguette as a sandwich.
  6. Fresh tomatoes are a must.
