Carefully wash the strawberries in plenty of water and drain well in a sieve. Remove the handle attachments. Halve the strawberries, place in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar and pepper and mix gently. Drizzle with vodka and let it steep for 10 minutes in a cool place.
Do not whip the whipped cream until stiff, fold in the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
Wash the lettuce leaves, pat dry and line four small plates with them. Mix the meat cubes with the strawberries and then distribute them on the plates. Garnish the salad with the sauce or serve the sauce separately.
