Peel and finely dice the onion. Clean and finely chop the chilli pepper.
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and mix in a bowl with the spices, onion, chilli and vegetable oil. Let everything soak for at least 30 minutes.
Mix all ingredients for the satay sauce together in a beaker.
Fry the chicken breast cubes in a non-stick pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Then add the satay sauce and let everything boil down for about 10 to 15 minutes until the sauce has the desired consistency.
Arrange the saté chicken curry and serve garnished with roasted peanuts.
