Chicken schnitzel is one of the most popular dishes around the world because it only takes 15 minutes to cook. And most importantly, it is impossible to cook real chicken schnitzel tasteless!
Cut half of the chicken breast lengthwise, pressing lightly with your palm. At the same time, keep the knife parallel to the table and cut the fillet not completely, leaving about 0.5 cm. Then unfold the fillet like a book.
Cover the prepared breast with a food bag or plastic wrap and beat slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste on both sides.
Beat eggs with a fork. Dip the chicken fillet into the beaten eggs on both sides. Then roll in breadcrumbs, also on both sides.
Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Fry chicken schnitzel over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.
You can serve chicken schnitzel with lettuce, vegetables, rice, or mashed potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
