Instructions

  1. Season the chicken schnitzel with salt, pepper, curry, and paprika powder.
  2. Heat margarine in a large pan over medium-high heat and fry the schnitzel until golden on both sides.
  3. Cut the onion, red pepper, and green bell pepper into strips.
  4. Add the onion and peppers to the schnitzel and cook for 15 min.
  5. Add the pineapple pieces and cherries to the pan.
  6. Stir in the cream and cornstarch.
  7. Season with salt, cayenne pepper, and pepper to taste.
  8. Simmer gently for 10 min.
  9. Serve with rice.
