First the marinade is made. To do this, honey, soy sauce, oil and the spices are mixed together.
The chicken fillets are then cut lengthways into strips approx. 4 cm long. Two strips of chicken meat are skewered on 12 kebab skewers like an accordion. The skewers are placed on a large plate and the marinade is poured over them. Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes.
Then put the fat in a pan and fry the skewers brown all over for 5 - 7 minutes.
It tastes really delicious with fresh lettuce, baguette or rice!
