Instructions

  1. Cut each chicken breast into about 5 pieces. Soak the plums and then wrap half a slice of bacon (panchetta, but you can also use bacon) around each. Stick them alternately on skewers (chicken, plum, chicken ) and grill on each side on charcoal.
  2. A yogurt sauce tastes very good with it, stir the yogurt with the other ingredients until smooth and let it steep. You can of course also use other herbs than mint, or omit the chilli, or take more, or whatever you want.
