Chop the chicken breast, marinate with the chicken salt and pepper.
Finely chop the onion, garlic and chilli, cut the bell pepper into strips or cubes. Heat the oil, fry the chicken strips in it, remove and keep warm. Then fry the onion with the garlic (only translucent). Add paprika and chilli, sauté for about 4 minutes, it should stay crisp. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and add the tomato pieces, bring to the boil briefly, stir in the cream cheese and thyme, add the chicken, season with salt if necessary.
