Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Briefly sauté the chopped onion and garlic. Then add the flour and stir well. Fill the flour mixture with milk and stir vigorously with a whisk until a homogeneous mass is formed. Then add the frozen spinach and simmer at low temperature. If the mixture becomes too firm, always fill up with milk and stir. That depends on the butter-flour ratio. Stir every now and then so that nothing burns.
  2. In the meantime, heat a pan with oil and fry the chopped chicken vigorously.
  3. Bring a saucepan of water and salt to a boil. Add the pasta you have chosen and cook until al dente.
  4. When everything is ready, add the chicken to the sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg and a lot of lemon. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle over the pasta and sauce.
