How good that there are still young zucchini! Stewed chicken with zucchini, beans, and tomatoes turns out to be very tasty and tender! It even seems to me that it melts in your mouth! The dish is perfect for lunch or dinner! Very satisfying and appetizing at the same time. Until you eat it, you will not calm down. 🙂 It’s easy to prepare. Enjoy your meal!
We divide the chicken into portions (as your family is used to). Salt well, add your favorite seasoning (I have suneli hops) and you can add a spoonful of vegetable oil. Mix well and let stand for a few minutes.
Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in a deep frying pan (preferably a saucepan) until light golden brown.
Fried onions – add chicken. We fry everything over a sufficiently high heat.
Free the pepper from seeds and cut into cubes. Zucchini – into larger pieces (quarters).
The chicken is fried – add the pepper.
Peel the tomatoes from the stalk, “stroke” with a knife blade, cut them crosswise, and remove the skin from the tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. The tomatoes are fleshy, sweet.
After 3-4 minutes, we send zucchini, tomatoes, and garlic, passed through a press, to the pan.
After mixing, simmer the stew with chicken for about 20 minutes. Try the dish with salt. If necessary, add more salt. You can also add a pinch of sugar if the tomatoes are sour.
Pour in the beans. Five minutes – and the chicken stewed with zucchini and beans is ready!
Sprinkle with parsley (finely chopped) before serving. It turned out very tasty, with summer aromas and autumn satiety!
