Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the chicken breast into strips and fry with clarified butter. Chop the spring onions and fry them with the chicken breast, season with salt and the spices.
Mix the water with the flour and the stock and add 100 ml of cream, mix everything together, add to the pan and simmer for about 5 - 8 minutes, then turn off the stove.
You can either mix the sauce with the pasta or pour it over the pasta.
Tip: You can also use the water from the pasta for the sauce instead of tap water.
