- Cut the chicken breast into thin bite-sized strips. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder and let it soak in briefly.
- In the meantime, cut the peppers and onion into small fine cubes and finely chop the dill.
- Prepare the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- Sear the meat in olive oil. Remove from the pan and set aside in a bowl.
- Fry the onions and peppers in the olive oil for about 10 minutes. Deglaze with cream, stir in mustard and honey and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Finally, add the chicken breast and the dill to the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Tip: Mix in a piece of butter to prevent the rice from sticking together. Tastes great!
