Cut the chicken breast into strips. Wash the leek and cut into fine rings, as well as the peppers and cut into cubes. Bring the zucchini into spaghetti shape with a spiral cutter (but you can also use a vegetable peeler).
Now fry the chicken strips vigorously in a pan. Add the diced paprika and leek slices and fry them only briefly so that both still have a bite. Finally season with salt, pepper and red curry paste, add Cremefine to taste.
At the same time fry the zucchini spaghetti in another pan for about 3 minutes at high temperature with salt and pepper. Serve together.
