  1. Cut the meat into pieces that are not too small. Put in a bowl and add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 3 tablespoons of honey, normal mustard, teriyaki sauce and tomato paste and mix everything well.
  2. For the dressing, mix 2 tablespoons of honey with 3 tablespoons of vinegar and the grainy mustard, add a little more corn oil and season with salt and pepper. Wash the lettuce and tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes and cheese into slices and the pepperoni into small pieces.
  3. Heat the oven to 200 ° C.
  4. Cut the baguette lengthways and briefly put it in the oven with the cut surface facing up. Baked bread is particularly suitable here, as it does not become too dry and hard!
  5. Dust the marinated meat with a little flour and fry in a little oil in a hot pan. Take the bread out of the oven, cover the underside with the cheese and bake again briefly in the oven until the cheese has melted, then take it out again and switch the oven off. Fry the meat for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until it is through but still juicy.
  6. Then top the baguette with the meat, top with the lettuce leaves, tomatoes and peppers. Finally, drizzle the salad sauce over it. Put the baguette lid on, cut the bread into smaller portions and enjoy.
