Instructions

  1. Cut the fillets into small cubes. Cut the bell pepper into strips and the spring onions into rings. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Chop the garlic.
  2. Fry the meat in hot oil, season and remove from the pan. Then fry the vegetables, add milk and sour cream. Grate the cheese and let half melt in the sauce. Season the sauce. Then mix half of the sauce with the meat.
  3. Fry the tortillas in the pan. Then distribute the meat sauce mixture on the tortillas, roll them up and place in a greased baking dish. Pour the rest of the sauce over it and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over it. Baked in the oven at around 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese has turned some color.
