Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and chicken breast. Put the onions in the pan in a little oil and let them turn translucent.
  2. In the meantime, dice all the vegetables and the banana and mix well in a bowl.
  3. Also put the chicken in the pan and fry briefly. Add the vegetables and after frying them briefly, deglaze with the coconut milk, simmer a little over a low heat.
  4. Chop 3 chiles and cook with them. The dish is ready when the pepper pieces start to soften. Season with curry (a lot!) And salt and serve.
  5. Basmati rice goes well with it.
