Blanch the peeled potatoes in slices in salted water for 5 minutes, drain. Blanch the sliced carrots in salted water for 5 minutes, add the cleaned broccoli after 2 minutes. Scare everything off.
Salt and pepper the meat. Fry in the oil for 1 minute on each side, cut into slices.
Layer the potatoes, vegetables and meat in a pan. Mix together the sauce, milk and parmesan, pour over. Bake at 200 degrees on the 2nd rack from the bottom for 25 minutes.
