Here’s a recipe for a delicious dinner for the whole family without having to stand at the stove to prepare it. Chicken wings are baked immediately with a side dish. It will only take time to cut vegetables. The result will delight you – both wings and cabbage in the sleeve are so tasty, soft, and juicy.
Peel the carrots, wash and rub on a coarse grater.
We clean the sweet peppers from seeds, rinse and cut them into thin strips. We turn on the oven to heat up to a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
Combine cabbage, peppers, onions, and carrots in a bowl.
Add salt (0.5 teaspoon) and ground pepper (0.25 teaspoon).
We mix all the ingredients.
Wash the chicken wings, dry them, add the remaining salt and ground pepper (or to taste).
We send butter, cut into arbitrary pieces, into the sleeve, and put the cabbage on top.
Put the chicken wings on the cabbage.
We close the sleeve on both sides with clips (or tie it). On top of the sleeve, we make several punctures with a needle, put the sleeve on a baking sheet, and send it to an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for 40 minutes (be guided by the features of your oven).
If desired, at the end of cooking, cut the sleeve and return the wings with cabbage to the oven (you can grill it) for a couple of minutes, so that a golden crust appears on the wings.
Chicken wings baked in a sleeve with cabbage and bell peppers are ready.
We spread the cabbage with chicken wings on a dish and serve it with fresh vegetables.
