Instructions

  1. Cut the meat diagonally into thin strips. Cut the onion lengthways into thin strips, the washed spring onions with the greens into 2 cm long pieces and the chilli peppers into 3-4 pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in the wok over a very high flame and fry the chicken for 1-2 minutes. Add the onion, then the chili peppers and stir briefly. Sprinkle the sugar on top and stir. Now mix the soy sauce and the water well and finally the spring onions and nuts.
