The recipe for a quick and tasty dinner. Delicate chicken meat is baked in the oven with tomatoes, onions and cheese. The dish is so rich and self-sufficient that you don’t need an additional side dish.
Pound the chicken fillet to even thickness, then season with salt and spices. Place it in a baking dish.
Spread mayonnaise to taste over the chicken. Slice the 2 tomatoes into rings and arrange on top.
Slice the onion into rings and arrange over the tomatoes.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, grate the hard cheese and sprinkle it over the top, then return to the oven for another 10 minutes until the cheese melts and forms a golden crust. The chicken should reach an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
