Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the meat. Season with a little salt and pepper. Peel the garlic and chop or press it.
  2. Prepare the instant couscous according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Fry the meat in a pan with heated oil. When it`s done, add the garlic. After 1 minute add the tomato paste and turn the meat in it well and fry briefly. Add the chili sauce and after stirring briefly, pour the sesame over it. Fry again briefly and remove from the pan.
  4. Now heat the coconut milk. Add the curry powder, a little salt and pepper and, if you like it a bit spicy, add the cayenne pepper. Drain the pea / carrot can and add it. Let everything boil briefly.
  5. Pour the sauce over the couscous and pour the meat over it. If you like, you can also add some curry paste to the sauce, depending on your preference.
  6. I particularly like to eat it cold, the next day during my lunch break, if it has gone through well.
