Fry the pressed garlic in olive oil. Wash the chilli peppers and cut into small pieces, add to the oil. Fry the beans in it over low heat until they are soft and brownish (approx. 15-20 minutes).
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and fry them in the butter until they are very dark.
When the beans and chicken have cooled, place a leaf of lettuce on the plate, put couscous on top, then place the beans and chicken on top.
Drizzle with the lemon juice and decorate with the mint leaves.
