Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the preparation instructions on the croquette package.
  2. Cut the chicken breast horizontally to make two thin pieces of meat. Season this with herb salt and paprika powder and fry briefly and hot in a grill pan. The feta is already salty, so don`t be too generous with the salt. Place the meat in a baking dish and coat thickly with pesto. Crumble the feta over it. Halve the tomatoes and place around the meat. Drizzle everything with a little olive oil. (I like to use a lot of olive oil, as the juice made from oil, pesto, tomatoes and feta tastes very good and can also be eaten with bread.)
  3. Place the baking dish on a baking sheet, distribute the croquettes in the free space on the sheet and bake everything until the croquettes are ready.
