Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into bite-sized pieces and fry them in a high pan. Peel and halve the vegetable onion, cut into thin slices, add to the chicken and cook until soft. Pour off the fruit cocktail (you can still add a little juice to the pan) and add it. Briefly sweat the whole thing with the tablespoon of flour and then stir in the curry powder (can be a little more or less than 3 teaspoons, depending on your taste) Deglaze with the chicken stock. Pour in a cup of cream and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a dash of lemon juice and season with salt and sugar (do not be too stingy with the sugar, it tastes very good if it has a really sweet taste, best to always season to taste).
  2. Rice tastes best with it. Good Appetite!
