Instructions

  1. Rinse the grapes. Cut each grape in half, remove the seeds. Add vinegar, honey, salt and lemon zest, thyme, pink pepper to the grapes. If there is no pink pepper, then no need to add another. Stir, leave to cook while the chicken is cooking.
  2. Cut the fillet into strips 2 cm wide. In a preheated pan, fry the chicken on both sides for 5 minutes.
  3. Add grape sauce to the chicken. Simmer for about 7 minutes over medium heat, then turn the chicken over. The sauce should thicken and the chicken should take on the color of a grape.
  4. Served only hot and only with potatoes, preferably with mashed potatoes.
