Mix the ingredients for the marinade and rub it all over the chicken. Let it flow briefly.
Peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes. Cut open the peppers and remove the seeds and cut into large cubes.
Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the rest of the marinade over it. Spread the potatoes and peppers around the chicken, pour the stock over them and cook in the oven for approx. 1 hour.
