  1. Last time I had to cook something with chicken quickly. Since I didn`t have a lot of time and didn`t really have a lot of ingredients available, this dish was created.
  2. You take an ovenproof dish and put some margarine in it. The oven is preheated to 180 ° C.
  3. The chicken breast fillets are seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika powder and then placed in the ovenproof dish. Then you take the pesto genovese and spread it on the fillets with a spoon. Sprinkle quickly grated mozzarella over the top and slide into the hot pipe. For me it took about a quarter of an hour until the cheese was lightly browned. I then switched off the pipe and left the meat in a little.
  4. I served rice with it.
