Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in a little oil and garlic for about 1 hour.
  2. Clean the vegetables and potatoes and cut them into pieces that are as equal as possible. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees circulating air. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the sliced potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, paprika and curry powder and place on the baking sheet. Put in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken pieces and vegetables. Bake for 10-30 minutes depending on the type of chicken pieces. Chicken legs take a little longer. Season the vegetables and potatoes and bake for 10-15 minutes.
