Instructions

  1. Fry the chicken strips in oil in the pan, add the finely chopped onion and fry briefly, then deglaze with the chicken stock. Add the sauerkraut (very tasty if there is bacon in it) and season with pepper, salt and lots of paprika powder. Let the broth boil down and pour a little caraway seeds over it. Finally, put a dollop of sour cream on top.
  2. We eat white bread or, as an Atkins / low carb variant, just add a salad.
  3. Very tasty and, above all, quick and easy.
