Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken breast, pat dry and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Peel the mango, cut down the pulp at the core, then cut into narrow strips. Wash the lettuce leaves, spin dry and adjust a little.
  2. For the sauce, mix the yogurt with curry powder and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the chicken breast in one piece in a pan with a little olive oil on both sides. Reduce the heat and let the meat steep. Remove from pan, let cool, then cut into thin strips.
  4. Heat the wraps one after the other in the pan without fat and remove them. Brush with the yogurt sauce and top with the lettuce leaves, mango and chicken strips. Fold the sides of the wraps in towards the middle and then carefully roll them up.
  5. Halve the wraps and serve on plates.
