Chicken Wraps
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast fillets into small cubes.
- Place the cubes in a bowl with a splash of oil, salt, pepper, paprika powder, and mixed frozen herbs.
- Refrigerate the marinated chicken while you prepare the wraps (at least 10 minutes).
- Mix the cream cheese with salt, pepper, paprika powder, and mixed frozen herbs.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture onto each of the 6 wraps and top each with iceberg lettuce.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the marinated chicken cubes for 6-8 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
- Let the chicken cool for 2-3 minutes.
- Place the cooled chicken on top of the lettuce on each wrap.
- Roll each wrap tightly.
- Secure each wrap with 4-5 toothpicks.
- Cut each wrap into small rolls using a sharp knife.
