Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients and knead vigorously until a firm dough is formed. Let this rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  2. Then roll out the dough in portions on a surface floured with chickpea flour and cut into thin strips. You can use a sharp knife or a pizza cutter for this.
  3. Then temporarily store the pasta on baking paper. Be careful not to stick them together.
  4. The pasta is cooked like normal pasta in boiling salted water for approx. 7-10 minutes until al dente.
  5. Pour off and eat with the sauce / pesto of choice.
