Prepare the chickpeas and soybeans according to the instructions on the package.
Halve the beans or cut them into even shorter sticks, depending on your preference. Blanch in boiling water for about five minutes and then rinse with cold water.
Cut the tofu into small or large cubes and fry in a little oil. Season to taste. Peel the avocado and cut into cubes.
Put the chickpeas, soybeans, beans, tofu and the avocado in a bowl. Finely chop the parsley and mix in. Mix all ingredients together well and season with oil, a little vinegar, salt and pepper.
