Drain the chickpeas and place in a bowl with the olive oil, lemon juice and water and puree. Add cumin, harissa (caution: spicy!), Freshly chopped parsley and a little salt and stir well.
Flatbread or baguette tastes best with it.
Slightly spicy spread, which is good for breakfast but also for dipping at parties. Can be stored covered in the refrigerator for 2-3 days without any problems.
