Instructions

  1. Wash, dry and chop the chicory and rocket. Quarter the apple, cut out the core and cut into thin wedges. Roast pine nuts in a pan, let cool. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. For the dressing, mix together lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and pour over the salad. Mix everything and let it steep for 5 minutes.
