Preheat the oven to 200 top / bottom heat (180 ° C convection).
Clean and wash the chicory, cut in half and place in a sufficiently large, fire-proof dish. Pour olive oil over them and place in the preheated oven. Bake for about 15 minutes until the chicory is browned.
In the meantime, wash and dry the salmon fillet and cut into approx. 2 cm cubes. Mix the cream with the garlic, dill, salt and pepper, add the salmon.
After 15 minutes of baking, add the salmon-cream mixture to the chicory and bake immediately for another 15 minutes until the salmon is browned.
Boiled potatoes or ribbon noodles go well with it.
