Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Cook the chicory in boiling water for 3 - 4 minutes. Halve lengthways.
  2. Dice ham and pickles. Mix with the raw ham and chopped herbs. Mix together the tomato paste, ajvar, stock and creme fraiche.
  3. Drain the pasta and place in a baking dish. Mix in the ham / cucumber mixture and some of the sauce. Place the chicory on top of the pasta, cover with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
  4. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes on the middle rack at 180 ° C.
