Mix the yogurt and sour cream and prepare a salad dressing with the honey, mustard, herbs, salt and lemon juice.
Cut the chicory into 0.5 cm wide strips and then wash (possibly scald over because of the bitter substances, if desired). Wash the apples (preferably red-cheeked) and finely dice with the skin. Mix both with the salad sauce.
Fill into portion bowls and sprinkle the finely chopped nuts on top.
