Remove the bitter stalk from the chicory. Halve the chicory and cut into thin strips. Cut the grapefruit into nice little pieces and put everything in a bowl.
Mix the orange juice with the yogurt and season with curry, salt, pepper and agave syrup. Pour over the salad.
Mix just before serving, otherwise the salad will be mushy.
This is a very juicy winter party salad, also suitable for a winter menu.
With pineapple instead of grapefruit, it tastes softer and a little sweeter.
