Clean, wash and spin dry the lamb`s lettuce. Remove the individual leaves from the chicory, wash and drain, halve or third lengthways depending on the size. Wash grapes, pluck from the stalks.
For the dressing, mix balsamic vinegar, mustard, agave syrup, salt and pepper, fold in the oil, add pink berries.
Serve the salads and grapes with the cheese, drizzle with the dressing.
