Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Grease and crumble a 26 springform pan (I also sometimes use a silicone heart shape).
  2. Beat the butter, vanilla sugar, sugar and the eggs until frothy. Mix baking powder with flour, sieve and stir in. Then add the milk.
  3. Roughly chop 500 g of the children`s chocolate or break into pieces.
  4. Pour a third of the batter into the mold, spread half of the chocolate pieces on top and cover with the second third of the batter. Spread the rest of the chocolate on top and pour the rest of the batter on top.
  5. Bake on the middle rack for 50-60 minutes. Remove the cake from the mold and let cool down a little.
  6. Melt the remaining 300 g children`s chocolate in a water bath and glaze the cake with it.
  7. If necessary, sprinkle the white and dark chocolate shavings on the still warm glaze as a decoration.
