Combine butter, sugar, milk and vanilla flavor and stir until creamy. Mix in the egg and salt and gradually add the flour. Finally stir in the children`s chocolate.
Shape table tennis balls into the size of a table and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave enough space between the cookies and press the balls flat. The cookies run apart a lot and take about 8-9 minutes if you want them to stay juicy. They come out of the oven very soft, but harden afterwards. So don`t bake too long, otherwise they will lose their charm.
They taste best lukewarm when the chocolate is still soft.
Instead of children`s chocolate, the cookies can also be made with 100 g dark chocolate.
