Prepare french fries according to the instructions on the packet. Cut some of the peppers into small slices, more or less depending on the degree of spiciness you want (I use about 6 thin, finger-long slices). Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir a dash of cream into the melted butter. Dissolve the processed cheese in the butter-cream mixture, stirring constantly. Gradually add the rest of the cream. When everything is nice and creamy, stir in the peppers. Portion the finished fries and pour the sauce over them.
