Instructions

  1. Sear the minced meat with the chilli slices in a pan and add the beans shortly afterwards. As soon as the meat is done, season it with salt, pepper and paprika and stir everything well. Finally add the tomatoes, turn the stove on low and let everything simmer until you have finished preparing the cheese sauce.
  2. For the cheese sauce, put the butter in the saucepan and melt it. Then you should carefully stir in the flour so that there are as few lumps as possible. Bring to the boil and turn the stove on low. Gradually add the milk, stirring carefully. Again, make sure that it doesn`t clump. Finally, add the chopped chillies and grated cheese. Let everything simmer until you have a creamy and thick sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. I recommend fries with it. But it also tastes very good with mashed potatoes or pasta.
