Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Finely dice the onion and garlic and put them in a little oil in the pan until they are translucent. Add the minced meat and fry lightly, chopping up. While frying add ajvar and harissa and season to taste. Finally add the red beans and let them get hot. Then take it off the flame.
  3. Spread 2 - 3 heaping tablespoons of the chilli on the underside of the bun and sprinkle with some cheese. Then put the half rolls in the oven for about 10 minutes on a baking rack, until the cheese begins to turn brown. Now place the top halves of the rolls on top (do not press them on) and bake for another 5 minutes.
  4. Take the rolls out of the oven and remove the upper halves again, put a teaspoon of sour cream on the burger and put the upper half back on.
