Fry the minced meat in a little butter and possibly with onions and garlic. Strain and add the beans. Add corn, tomatoes, tomato paste and stock. Season with salt, pepper, Tabasco, chilli powder, 1 hot chilli pepper, a little marjoram, sweet and hot paprika powder and a pinch of sugar.
Let everything simmer for 2 hours over low heat and stir from time to time. If necessary, add the stock so that the chilli does not burn.
