The chilli has to be spicy, but not so hot that you can`t breathe! The chilli can be simmered for a long time, it will get better and better.
Sear the minced meat while preparing the above ingredients.
Brown the onions well in a large saucepan, then slowly add the vegetables and fry them. Add the minced meat, dissolve the broth and the chili con carne spice in warm water and mix in, add the potatoes and let everything simmer for 30 minutes.
But if the potatoes should have a little more bite, you can of course add them a little later. Then add the tomato paste and season everything, possibly refine with Smoked Tabasco.
When serving, sprinkle with the parsley and dab on a spoonful of sour cream.
If it is too hot for you, you can extend it with a little milk / cream or sour cream.
