Instructions

  1. Soak the bun in cold water. Drain the corn. Cut the peppers into small cubes. Finely dice the onion. Score the chilli lengthways, core and finely chop.
  2. Squeeze out the bun. Knead the prepared ingredients with the minced meat, parsley and egg. Season with salt, pepper and mustard. Shape the minced dough into 8 steaks.
  3. Heat the oil in a grill pan. Fry the minced meat on each side for 4 - 5 minutes and serve garnished with chili peppers and parsley.
