Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly. Roughly dice an onion and garlic. Add to the minced meat and fry. Dust with flour and sweat. Add the chunky tomatoes and chilli. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the beans and corn and add to the chilli. Cut 2 onions into rings. Halve tomatoes.
  2. Spread the chili con carne on the dough. Place tomatoes and onion rings on top. Season with oregano. Coarsely grate the cheese and spread it over the pizza together with the creme fraiche. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
