Fry the meat in hot oil. Remove the pan from the oven and stir in the spice mixture and salsa sauce. Let cool down. Cut the lettuce, quarter and core the cucumber and cut into slices. Drain the canned vegetables and dice the peppers. Layer the lettuce and vegetables in a bowl. Stir the sour cream into the minced meat sauce and spread on the salad.
The sauce is quite hot and should therefore be eaten with the salad underneath!
